 The dates for the 2010 Gracie Invitational have been set. With the expansion on the Excel Arena in Docklands completed in late 2009, the space and facilities available for Europe's 2nd biggest competition will go into overdrive!
Officially over 2 days, the competition will offer Gi and No Gi divisions and will be over 8 matted areas. Attention all competitors: Collect your passes on the day you fight from GATE S9 between the hours of 8am - 12 on the day you compete. Only. NO LATER!!!!
Please bring a form of picture ID (driving license or passport) for you to compete.
Your pass will only allow you entry on the day you fight and not for both days. If you lose your pass you will have to buy a ticket to enter the venue.
So that is Saturday and Sunday. NOT FRIDAY!!!
Coaches and spectators will have to purchase an entry ticket to the Seni Show.
WHITE, BLUE, PURPLE, BROWN/BLACK BELT MALE DIVISIONS Athletes who placed 1st, and 2nd (3rd for the absolute 1000 Black/Brown and Purple) in their weight divisions are eligible to register for the Open Class bracket.
The athletes willing to register in the open class should register at the event administration table after having his weight division medal awarded, according to the registration schedule. No registrations will be accepted after the registration closing time schedule.

All day Saturday 29 May and Sunday 30 May until 1900, no service between Custom House and Beckton. Rail replacement bus services operate.
Replacement bus service operates between Canning Town and Beckton calling at Royal Victoria, Custom House, Prince Regent and Royal Albert, Beckton Park, Cyprus and Gallions Reach.

Click for Docklands Light Railway planned engineering work website. The Absolute 1000 will comprise of the Black/Brown and Purple Belt Absolute Division. With the winner walking away with £1000 prize money. There will only be one fighter per academy permited for the Absolute 1000. Fights will be fought for 6 minutes of constant action. The Gracie Invitational is Europes 2nd largest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament, but has the largest live audience of any other Grappling tournament in Europe. There are up to 8 matted areas in the tournament zone and with over 700 athletes set to take part plus the 25,000 plus spectators that are expected at Seni10 show.
